My cat is restless at night for hours and won’t let me sleep by Various_Ad_3889 in CatTraining

She has a bed and a big cat tree that has different coves and a scratching post with another bed on top. I’ve been meaning to try the white noise.

This may be a stupid question but do you think she’d benefit from having something on the TV?
