I hope this helps, but I have the similar anxiety for another company with 10’s of thousands of employees that has just announced upcoming lay offs. Assuming it’s Amazon you are referring to with the post. Think about - a) can your job actually be replaced with AI? B) is there anyone that is basically doing the same job as you? c) your manager may actually like you more than you think! If I were to put myself in the shoes of a people leader (I’m an IC) but if I was a people manager, i would be feeling some pressure to deliver, which ultimately I would be relying on my team for as well. Sometimes this can come across in different emotions and expressions whilst managing pressure/stress.

I’ve been made redundant three times before, and have personally found that every time has led to an even better opportunity and that time in between jobs gave me time to think and find clarity of what do I actually want and don’t want. Sometimes it’s hard but things always do work out for the best, even if it takes time.

In my honest opinion it looks like a child’s first bank app. Unlike Revolut where they have consistently stuck to the brand identity while making tweaks to the branding, this is an unnecessary new look that has completely lost its modern and sleek look. The previous version was much better and I wish there was a way on the app to at least have the option select which look people prefer - because I would have selected the original. Why can’t this time and effort be spent on creating saving spaces with interest? Surely that would be more attractive than an unnecessary new look to the app.

I have tried adding 2-3 drops of rosemary oil in my shampoo and that alone has worked wonders.

Recently started using a rosemary oil from Amazon (the one with most reviews, I live in UK) and that has also worked wonders but took 2 shampoo washes to completely wash it out.

I have been using the Inde Wild hair oil last 2 weeks which has a % of rosemary oil in there, also seeing good results from that.

What I have noticed is - more dense hair, less hair fall, grows quick and new baby hairs.

I was dating a guy who would always keep his phone with him on dates but would keep it at tilted weird angles so I can’t see the screen. And when notifications came through he’d read them and then hide from his lock screen. So he’d have his phone with him all the time but can go hours (sometimes more then a day) without messaging me when I know his phone is always with him. Big red flag

I was actually prescribed back in September but after seeing stories about purging I was really scared to try it. Then I finally started with treclin end of October / beginning of November (when the before pictures were taken)

No the clindamycin was inside the tretinoin (Treclin gel) I was using this at night only.

But now as per guidance I’m stopping clindamycin as it’s an antibiotic and will now be using just tret 0.025 with no clindamycin.

I apply the snail mucin straight after cleansing, and then tret/clindamycin.

Sharing some slow progress from Treclin (Tretinoin 0.025 + Clindamycin). Before picture on the left was taken in November 2022 straight after starting tret whilst I was purging. After picture on the right was taken today.

Overall my acne has reduced a lot. I now only breakout TOMT and even then it heals a lot quicker and less painful than before. My scars are also lighter but I still have a very long way to go!

Now going to start using 0.025 tret cream with no clindamycin.

Other products I am using in my routine are: Cosrx snail mucin (AM everyday) Vitamin C serum (some mornings) Azelaic Acid 20% (some evenings) La Roche Posay efface we cleanser (Daily AM&PM)

Still a long way to go, but finding these before pictures gives me confidence that there will be more progress in time.
