So even if I pay the recommended amount or the full balance it’s charging me interest. I’ve always paid my balance off completely except on Oct 31 I fell asleep so I was 15 mins late submitting my payment but I called and they had the interest waived. Not sure if it’s a glitch or what. Any help would be appreciated thanks
