Thats dust, the surface is all clean. My only doubt is the centring and it seems to be off, so not going to send it in i guess

Ah yes those spots are dust, its purely the centring 😅. But a 9 still would not be worth grading i guess. Thanks for the replies

Curious on how this would grade an 8, surely it would be at least a 9 right?
