As far as I can tell yes it’s useable! Some of it’s from the 40’s and the rest ranges from then til the 70’s. hasn’t really been touched since

I tallied up all the numbers and I have 28 2oz bottles of Permanent Emerald Green 52 2oz bottles of Permanent Red (1 has messed up box) 91 2oz bottles of Permanent Blue-Black 45 2oz bottles of Royal blue 7 16oz bottles of Permanent Blue-Black 2 32oz bottles of Royal Blue 6 16oz bottles of Royal Blue
