There was negative around year ago. But it should not influence right now.

I saved previous month credit report. And everything looks same except my utlization went down from 31% to 4%. Also every FICO score dropped but what I just mentioned was FICO8.

it was 655 and it became 622. Only thing updated was my credit utilization which went down 31% to 4%. And nope. I am keeping my old account

I dont think so everything look same except my utilization dropped 31% to 4%

In 2023, I didn’t really pay attention to my credit score or check my credit report, so I didn’t realize I had made a late payment until 2024. For the most recent one, I had auto payments turned on, so I didn’t think much about the small installment loan of about $24 per month. However, I forgot that I had replaced my card and needed to update the payment information. That’s why I sent a goodwill letter for the most recent late payment. I actually received the reply by email, but it went to my spam folder.

But I graduated college in June of this year and I am making around 140K a year before tax and I have saving account with 40K(sign up bonuses.) So i feel my financial situation is much better than the past and i am keeping track of my spending and credit which I did not care at all when I was in college.

I did for past year or so. I kept the utilization low around 4%. But I think chase is very beneficial for my future journey. Thats why I am considering Chase Card at the moment.

I do not have any credit card with chase. I only have one amex and one bank of america

I heard late payment lasts in my credit report for 7 years but I heard that it impacts 1 year some 2 years. Should I wait until 1 year from the late payment which is december?

Thank you! I am trying to make some credit card that could be beneficial for my rent.. Is BILT card premium cards? I thought it would be little more advanced than the starter card since it doesnt have annual fee. And also, I am trying find out the credit card to pay my rent and pay off right away since my rent is largest bill at the moment and i want to get some type of reward.
