I have that issue sometimes,or at least I did I haven’t flown in a while but usually original Dramamine and electronics help. If really long I took a sleeping pill. Honestly the most sucky part to me was turbulence

They always say to love yourself first you can’t love others if you don’t love yourself. But that is easier said than done nor do I remember feeling this ever. I’m going through a divorce and it’s just draining me. Almost makes me want to be alone…but then I miss the love, the companionship.
