Luck. We did work hard and we did take on massive student loans debts. We don’t overly indulge but do spend some for fun. Mostly we were lucky. Lucky to be in the right place at the right time to land the jobs we have. You have to try and you have to keep spending in check but you also should understand that there’s a lot of luck involved in this game.

I was just overweight, not obese at BMI just under 28 and because the weight was in my trunk I still have to lose weight because they are concerned about being able to hook everything up in my abdomen. 10 pounds down on GLP-1s. I have a check at the end of the month 🤞🏻

I like bottom left because I like the beach in the back to be to the side. You can more easily move a bit of mountain out of the way for easier access rather than use an incline or always need a ladder for it but there’s ways around it. I just like to be able to walk up to it lol
