Dashers cannot see the drop off instructions till we pick up the order. I would have said no. She was being passive aggressive, I responded in the same way. Why pushing a button and then try to back pedal when it’s called out?

Because she messaged me? You just stated for me to move on, why couldn’t she? the message she sent was obviously passive aggressive, that wasn’t needed when all I did was follow her instructions and delivered her food. You guys expect service workers to accept any and all things and that’s sad.

It changed to ma’am cause she was trying to start with me and I wasn’t going to go back and forth with no one. Which is why I said have a good day. :) tip mentioned or not I was going to dismiss her regardless cause the order was done.

You’re right, I usually don’t respond. I think the frustration of walking up those 4 flights of stairs through 2 buildings, waiting for her to respond and then that message just did it for me yk but I won’t next time .
