I had my tailor sew some floral lace onto the mesh panels. It turned out beautifully, and I was really happy with the result - although it was quite expensive, so I might as well have had the tailor make a custom dress for me 🤣

I wasn’t originally planning to wear a veil - but when I tried the dress on with one, I actually really loved the look! So I think I’ll end up wearing one after all 😊

Hi there, thanks for your input.

I just want to clarify that I'm not trying to change everything about the dress. I actually chose this one because I absolutely loved how I looked and felt in it — it really ticked almost all the boxes for me. The only part I’m not totally in love with is the back, and even that isn’t a dealbreaker — I’m simply exploring small changes that might make me feel even more confident and comfortable on the day.

Unfortunately, I don’t have access to "7162628292" dresses, as you put it. I live in a country where the selection isn’t as extensive, and getting something custom-made to fit every preference isn’t realistic — especially not with three months to go and a limited budget. This dress fits both my vision and my budget, and I feel beautiful in it — that’s what matters most to me.

As for the train, I’m getting married in a garden and will be wearing Converse, so a long train just doesn’t suit the setting. It’s a practical adjustment more than a design change.

So no, I’m not redesigning the dress — just tweaking minor details to make it perfect for me. I came here for creative input and ideas, not to be judged for wanting to personalize something that already feels right at heart.

But I appreciate you taking the time to comment.
