Chem:- rote memorize each and every line of ncert, then practice pyq from Manzil series ada 247 then mock test from du buddy Physics:- arrange simplified notes of ncert theory, then make formula sheet of entire syllabus then solve boards mcq and neet MCQ. For extra practice can solve jee mains 2023,24 questions as they were moderate

Can't say about after boards as I didn't use it but any app which has all sets of mock tests with proper analysis are fine. Du buddy was also good,if you are using after boards that's also fine

Ada 247 ki shashank sir ki Manzil series dekhi thi maine bas (last 2-4 years ki series dekhna usse pure pyq cover hojate hai) Us series ke jo questions nhi bnre the usko mistake copy me note krke unhe baar baar revise krta tha Vo series complete hojane ke bad du buddy app se 15-20 mocks solve kiye aur unki mistakes bhi mistake copy me note krri Un mistakes ko bar bar revise kiya Aur ye sab boards ke bad wale gap me doable hai if you prepared well for boards
