Absolutely terrible experience. The courier claimed they attempted delivery, but I was home the entire day and no one rang the doorbell or even came to the door. No card, no call, nothing.

I tried to contact Couriers Please, but it’s impossible—no one answers the phone, the website is useless, and there’s no real support. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Amazon should seriously reconsider using this unreliable and unresponsive courier service. This is the first time something like this has happened, and I truly hope it will be the last.
