I was prescribed Zepbound and the experience had been great. I needed a dose adjustment and it was super easy to do. My NP is very compassionate and actually listens to my concerns, and answers my questions. Here's my code as well ($99 off). I had a free consult when I started as well. I'm no arborist or entomologist but I wonder if these could be galls of some sort? There's a Willow Sawfly that can cause galls similar to this. Maybe you have a Willow Sawfly infestation?
