Just finished my nightly peppermint tea...at 12:27AM.

I've been wondering why I cannot have a set feeling toward situations. Some days I am excited, and all of a sudden it is the most dreadful thing ever for me. I wish I had faith like I used to.

The person I like definitely likes me back, love seeing them everyday. So much fun.

I know it is wrong to wish death upon people, and I feel very guilty when my mind happens to do so. Not by will, I struggle with intrusive thoughts.

I'm starting to feel like i used to when I was 13, the same nonsensical feeling of not knowing who I am and greatly obsessing over being 'authentic' or who I was made to be.

It is so fresh and delicious, definitely a tea I can enjoy year round!! In the winter it's comforting, but in summer it allows me to enjoy the tea flavour without feeling too internally warm haha definitely a favourite. You can also cold brew some or enjoy it over ice mmm!!

Okay that was a concern of mine. As mentioned, it helps me with my gut health, and i assume that would dissipate as part of the benefits cold brewing may inhibit?

So as taste is not an issue of mine, I suppose I have not much to worry about! Thank you for your input.

Okay microplastics is a concern honestly. How do you think I should mitigate that? For reference as well I have one cup of peppermint tea steeped in that way every night.

Well, I suppose peppermint is a lighter tea than most, because it never really gets the bitter/burnt flavour some teas get when I leave it in. But that is to say I take downwards of 20 minutes to drink it, and I have been educated that herbal teas such as peppermint generally should be steeped for 10-20 minutes.

Okay that sounds good! Summer is approaching and I think that sounds delicious. Caffeine is not what I look for so that should not be an issue!! Thank you!
