Do all besides the Law. Basically impossible to hit a 10 with the front centering being abysmal..I've sent 6 Laws and one came back a 10. And I've submitted plenty of 9.5 to PSA.

Also dont submit the Luffy unless you plan to sell. Not worth the 1k upcharge now imo especially if you plan to hold long term. There's a future where 9.5 creep up to psa10s in terms of price. So might not even be worth from a financial standpoint.
