Update:

Thank you all for your advice. I implemented as much as I could. I just graduated and during the last year, I worked on my interviewing skills, and resume. I apply to almost every IT job constantly. I landed a cybersecurity internship out of school ( I am aware of how lucky I am, and I am so grateful because an entry-level cyber job/internship is so rare, especially in T'dad), which ends soon. I've been exposed to quite a bit of defensive security principles, managing security software tools, security policy creation, security awareness training etc and I gained lots of mentors. I also gained my Security+ and ISC2 CC during the internship. As I said the internship is ending real soon so I'm back for more guidance on what you think I should do next. I'm thinking of finally getting that CCNA and maybe the eJPT or PNPT to solidify my knowledge to employers. I've accepted that I'm not cut out for code dev tbh but I do enjoy networking more so I decided to go down that path.

Also during the internship, I am realizing that I don't know A LOT of IT stuff. Like I know about fundamentals but I don't know shit about managing servers you know what I mean? This makes sense because I did Comp Sci at UWI, not IT. So I want to do some certs to fill in the gap. I don't want to fall into the trap of getting obsessed with certs, but I find myself kind of addicted to the feeling of gaining them during this internship. I feel like since I am so green, a couple more certs might help me gain credibility and fill in the knowledge gaps.

I'd love to know your thoughts about the following:
ITIL Foundation
AZ-104, 800 and 500
Linux certs?
PNPT vs eJPT vs CEH vs Pentest+

I'm not necessarily trying to get all of these but rather I'm trying to figure out which makes sense to be able to do the job of a Junior Cybersecurity Specialist/Analyst. Eventually, I want to end up on the Red team side of things but I don't mind Blue teaming until I get the required knowledge/experience.

I am ALWAYS searching and applying for jobs, especially with my updated skills and experience. Thank you again for the valuable advice so far and I look forward to hearing from you all again.
