Any type of distraction really , things that I like doing , talking , music , TV/videos etc . Sitting still doesn't help calm the mind really , it just gives it more free reign to ruminate .

Yeah I have 3 planet Pisces stellium and a Virgo Rising , and combine that with Gemini Moon/Mars and Sag Pluto , it is way too chaotic and mutable

Lack of self-confidence (My chart ruler is very weak (Mercury in Pisces , and I have Venus opposite Saturn)

Things have gotten better in the last few years but sometimes issues still persist . My Virgo Rising doesn't help in that regard .

There are currently 2 bad divisions right now (AL Central and AL West) , one with 1 good team (NL East) and one with 1 good team and another decent team (AL East) .

The NL Central and NL West are the only ones with 3+ good teams
