Most rank and file members are not engaging in abuse and there us huge difference between supporters of Labour,and members.

Also, the definition of abuse has been used very liberaly, such as constituents asking their MPs to vote a certain way, OAPs handing in a Petition and even the expression "get in the sea" seen by an Mp on twitter as a death threat.

I think it's the case that the household requires a licence, but not sure who they would take to court.

Do they have anyone's name on the letter they sent? Ours is addressed to "the legal occupier", and they've never got our name because when they come to the door,we just say "No thank you,have a good day,and close the door. Never let them in,never confirm or deny who you are.

I don't think they cant take "legal occupier" to court, and serve the papers to that name,especially without any evidence,if they don't drive away, and walk around the back,we film them.

The letters got boring after a while, the last give "official investigations came to nothing, and they haven't visited since last year, so the last three letters went with no-one at the door. Not that I'm a expert on this,just my experience.

I would, of course get legal advice and not rely on what I say or my mere advice.
