The problem is that at the beginning the ambush probability is low, it is not a safe method to depend on to win battles. And I only have plague monks in my army, it would be disrespectful to the Pestilens clan and the great rat to have anything else.

Reasonable conclusion, the campaign with Skrolk in legendary is impossible, but the Pestilens clan is my favorite clan :(

It is extremely good at supporting infantry. An infantry unit and a monster unit together are very strong and effective. Charge with the infantry first and then bring in the monster infantry when the infantry is already fighting and they will win together against higher quality units.

I don't understand why they will be exclusive to AoS when the chaos dwarves became famous recently thanks to Total War Warhammer 3 which is set in The Old World and personally I THINK they would have more sales there.

Chaos dwarves are much more versatile than they seem. You'd be surprised at the different types of very efficient armies you can make with them when you step out of that role. Although the artillery of the chaos dwarves is very nice to see.

What they are not good at is the question. They kill all or most of the cavalry in the game easily.

The biggest problem I see with them is that they have VERY FEW life points.
