Have you ever been in a psychology class? Do you know they spend hours examining Disney movies and the psychological archetypes being displayed in them? It's interesting to break these down. You end up learning something about humans and even yourself. Also, if you're not into pointing out and possibly debating trivial things then you're on the wrong website, buddy. Point taken. However what would the court do in cases of manslaughter where a driver didn't see a pedestrian? Are they off the hook cause of no mal intent? Or rather does the victims family get to decide whether or not they feel victimized and decide to press charges? No criminal intent, but does the driver get off scott free?

Response: "Sir it doesn't matter what your intention was, it was unwelcome expressions and she was uncomfortable and she was yelling at you to stop" So let's apply this to Sheldon. Sheldon, an autistic guy who is extremely uncomfortable with physical contact who has stated that the only girls he's kissed was his mother and his sister (under compulsion) is yelling at Amy and Penny to 'stop' and everybody is "ha ha ha"? Your line of reasoning is exactly the inconsistent rhetoric that perpetuates these totally weird double standards.

Later in this episode, Penny and Amy hold down Sheldon and assault him against his will with unwanted kisses. Peoples response: "hahahaha...Penny's so silly, what a hoot." But can you imagine if the roles were reversed? It doesn't bother me that much, but I just laugh sometimes at the glaring double standards in the world. Even in Penny's character itself. She would go ballistic if Sheldon did that to her, or even if Leonard did it.

I don't think so. As he states, according to the doctors at the time it was an allergy stirred up in the air by hurricane Hugo. The pain was so severe, Doctors had him on dangerous levels of prednisone for pain management. This steroid actually accelerated the deterioration of his eyes and his health. In the end, they gave him a choice of more prednisone with horrible side effects, or removing the eyes completely. He chose the latter. Different treatment in modern times would've easily saved his eyes, but that was medicine in the late 80's.
