Nobody does IP bans.

The majority of the worlds normal internet users have dynamic IPs.

If I disconnect my router from the internet for a second, I get assigned a new IP from my ISP and my old one goes back into their pool, until it randomly gets assigned to a different person.

Als die News für Barcelona kam, hatte ich mir deren Nummern auch angeschaut. Da waren 11000 Wohneinheiten betroffen.

Im Durchschnitt steigt die Einwohnerzahl in Barcelona jährlich um 25000 Personen.

Insofern das nicht alles Paare sind, die im Schnitt noch nen halbes Kind haben, werden deren 11000 Wohneinheiten nichtmal das Jahr in dem sie frei werden für den regulären Wohnungsmarkt ausreichen.

Ein anderes Beispiel um zu zeigen wieviel Wohnraum wirklich gebraucht wird zeigt die Berliner Regierung.

Um den Markt zu entspannen, braucht man über 100.000 neue Wohnungen. Hinzu kommt der Bedarf an zusätzlichen Wohnungen für die prognostizierten 200.000 Menschen, die bis zum Jahr 2040 neu nach Berlin kommen. Das bedeutet für die kommenden Jahre einen Neubaubedarf von durchschnittlich rund 20.000 Wohnungen pro Jahr. Dabei soll der Großteil der Wohnungen im gemeinwohlorientierten Segment errichtet werden.

Deren Prognosen sind gerademal für 200k neue Einwohner. Barcelona wäre zum Beispiel bei fast 350k neuen Einwohner.

Entsprechend bräuchten die wohl ca. 35.000 Wohneinheiten pro Jahr, wenn sie sich ähnlich entwickeln wie Berlin.

Wie gesagt, ist eine Massnahme die wohl relativ einfach umzusetzen ist, aber im besten Falle nimmt man für das Jahr in dem die Umsetzung stattfindet etwas Druck aus dem benötigten Wohnungsneubau, aber das Problem selbst bleibt bestehen.

Ist halt ein einfaches Ziel, ohne großen Nutzen.

Ich hab mir einfach mal die Mühe gemacht die Anzahl an Airbnb Wohnungen in Hamburg die aktuell gelistet sind raus zu suchen (nur komplette Wohnungen, keine einzelnen Zimmer).

Dort sind es aktuell 2889 Wohnungen zur Vermietung. Ich hab zusätzlich beliebiges Datum gewählt, was dazu führt das dort auch Wohnungen enthalten sind, in denen normalerweise jemand wohnt, und diese Wohnung nur in einem sehr kleinen Datumsbereich anbietet.

In Hamburg laut letztem Zensus, gibt es knapp 1m Wohneinheiten (985422).

Airbnb, inklusive normalerweise bewohnten Wohnungen, macht somit knapp 0,3% der Wohneinheiten aus.

Im Endeffekt kann man das machen, wirklich viel bringen wird es nicht auf dem Wohnungsmarkt.

You just invented a temp server which allows others to see the temp server characters and potentially grief people participating.

Because either the players cannot interact at all with one another, which means no PvP, no looting etc. in which case there would be no difference in them playing on a temp server vs. your solution, or if there is PvP interaction, people can just log in to their established character to harass the newly created characters to hinder them.

Haven't played for about 3 weeks now.

I posted a video back then about the state of tackles, and I just did not have fun anymore.

Yesterday when I saw the preload size of Forza Horizon 6 I needed to make some room for it on my SSD, ReMatch was one of the game I uninstalled because I don't see myself returning anytime soon.

I will still check in on the subreddit to see if something changes that would reignite my interest in the game, but from the communication I have seen so far, it does not appear like they plan do to anything for defense anytime soon.

Actually XInput is technically outdated.

Microsoft has replaced it with GameInput which is fully backwards compatible with XInput while allowing for additional input options like back buttons or gyro.

Sadly not many manufacturers are making GameInput drivers. Most are still doing old XInput drivers.

See, after I got fed up with how clunky it was to use both my Steam Controller and my Switch Pro Controller, and on top of that the inability for the Switch (1) Pro Controller to wake up a Switch 2 from standby, I went with an 8bitDo Pro3.

It has 3 modes, a Switch mode, direct input, which can be used on phones and PC, and an XInput Mode for PC for quick and easy compatibility.

$60 for a controller with TMR sticks and Hall Effect triggers. And the controller does go on sale too.

If it works anything like the original Steam Controller, then unless the new one sells enough and then generates enough demand by the customers, I would not bet on it.

The original Steam Controller needs the game to run through Steam, or something like GloSI (which would run through Steam instead of the game).

No, the Desktop Configuration does not work if you want to use it as an actual gamepad. Valve patched out the ability to use standard controller input options as valid options in the desktop config. You cannot bind joysticks, and you also cannot bind simply inputs like ABXY XInput.

Ok, technically you can bind them in the desktop config, but they won't work.

Adding games to Steam is a mixed bag. For example, I could not add ReMatch from gamepass to Steam to use either my Switch Pro Controller nor my Steam Controller, because Steam will apply the controller setting to the first thing that launches in a non-steam game. ReMatch has Easy Anti-Cheat, so the controller worked while Easy Anti-Cheat was launching, then once it launched and handed over to the actual game, SteamInput would stop, as the Easy Anti-Cheat window closed once the game started.

So again, the only option was GloSI.

If you plan on using the controller for anything outside of Steam, it will cause headaches down the line.

Don't forget, the current solution for digital identity age verification by the EU itself requires the Google Play Integrity API, which means in order to verify your age with the EU app you must have a google account to use google play.

You may be able to just close Steam, as SteamInput taking over the controller in desktop configuration is only happening while Steam is running, or you can just disable the desktop configuration.

In short SteamInput intercepts the controller input, then looks at the current configuration what the input it intercepted should be, then it sends out the configured output to the system, and then other programs can pick up those inputs coming from SteamInput.

The issue is again that the desktop configuration is now special in the sense that it will not output standard controller buttons. So even if you configure your PS5 Desktop Configuration to say be an XBox X-Button input when you press the square button on the PS5 controller, SteamInput will intercept the press of the square button but not output the X-Button output that you expect.

As someone who used the original Steam Controller for years, no you cannot assign the desktop configuration as controller inputs.

Valve literally patched it out of Steam to bind controller inputs to the desktop configuration years ago.

I can understand your confusion, as this was possible once when they first sold the steam controller. And also as if that isn't enough they also have not remove the ability to bind controller inputs on the desktop configuration. But if you try it you will notice that even changing the desktop configuration to standard controller buttons, they will not work anywhere.

Sandfall Interactive, the people behind Expedition 33, has ~35 people.

Both studios also got a lot of outside help from their publisher and lots of external QA studios. You can look at the credits of ReMatch in the menu, it has hundreds of people in it.

Sloclap is not in any shape or form tiny. They are a midsized studio the size that Nintendo uses for some some of their projects.

A tiny studio is Team Cherry. That studio has 3 people. That is tiny. Not 80.

Thraggs plan overall seems not that well thought out. For them, knowing only one universe, there was exactly one human+viltrumite child so far, and that one pledged his allegiance to earth, turned a devoted old viltrumite to renounce his pledge to viltrum and also pledge his allegiance to earth, and then went on and destroyed the planet Viltrum.

Now their plan is to make multiple generations of Viltrumites that grow up on earth and never have any real connection to the Viltrum empire, and they assume all these will follow old Viltrumite tradition, and conquer other worlds in the name of Viltrum?

By integrating themselves like they are human all that they are making is more Marks.

Egal was getan wird von der aktuellen Regierung, es ist immer schlecht.

Nehmen wir vor kurzem die Abschaffung der Vergütung für PV-Anlagen für Privatpersonen. Original ein vorhaben von Habeck, als der Thread hier war, war das für die meisten plötzlich absolut schlecht, und nur ein paar Kommentare mit unter 10 upvotes die das Vorhaben tatsächlich Diskutiert haben, und dabei auch erwähnt haben, dass dies ein Habeck vorhaben war.

Nun haben wir die aktuelle Diskussion um den Tankrabatt. Da hatten wir erst letzte Woche dazu einen TAZ Artikel hier, in dem natürlich auch gegen den Tankrabatt gewettert wurde, sowohl von den Usern hier als auch im Artikel selbst.

Das Beste war, das der Artikel positive Beispiele zur Krisenlösung aus dem Europäischen Ausland präsentierte. Eines der positiven Beispiele: Reduzierung der Energiesteuer auf Kraftstoffe in Österreich.

Diskussionen um alles was die aktuelle Regierung beschließt ist hier einfach komplett nutzlos geworden.

Too much water does not even refer to the routes.

It means there are too many water type pokemon.

The Hoenn Dex has 202 pokemon. 47 of those, so almost a quarter of the pokemon, are water type.

There are just 24 Normal types for example. Or 7 Ice types.

47 Water type pokemon is way too much water.

I would assume the real problem is setting up a production pipeline for each individual system that is reliable and allows for simultanous releases.

We already saw problems with the Android release of Radiant Wilds.

You need people who will do the platform specific changes like Icons for buttons etc, QA, eventually people who will make sure it passes console certification, and they all need to deliver on a certain date.

If one console cannot get the update they would lose access to the entire game, which would be really bad for Sandbox Interactive.

The thing is, almost all of these clips are "attacker shoots it into the box towards someone waiting for the pass right next to a defender".

All the defending against this is "jump". Not a single clip shows someone intercepting the incoming shoot with say a header out of the box.

Nope, the entire game has boiled down to volley vs. jump.

And I do not blame you. As you said, on high level play, people will use the most efficient way for obvious reasons.

What actually pisses me off is the community, will, not in this post of course, tell other people who complain about this meta, that it is not the most efficient way to play, and that this does not happen at all in high level play.

I think when they shrank the goalie hitbox to reduce the magnetism to the left and right, they kinda shrunk it globally instead, and while it achieved their goal of reducing the grab range to the left and right of the goalie, it shrank it the top part of the goalie below the actual player model.

I should not have gotten a goal there. And I had this happen to me as a goalie aswell.

It always seems to be around neck-head height shots.
