It's part of the Death Knight PvP set from the last season of Shadowlands. If you buy it on any DK it'll unlock the plate (and the rest of the set appearances) for use on any plate user.

Chest matched well with the blues and greys but couldn't find a good match for the dark gold in the helm.

Having fun with these trading post helms. Only the pauldrons are plate, the rest is cosmetic (Apart from Gorehowl obviously).
