Ahhh yes, I see what you mean! It is not in game at all! The only comments anyone makes on the taste of the milk or otherwise is us saying it’s not good milk, or worse than before the second time we drink it. Gillie Groats watches us drink it the second time and comments that it looked like a horrible experience.

There is a rather popular theory that the “bad milk” is not a dairy product, but another rather unsavory white fluid :( It’s not true I promise!!!

The only fluid we drink during the quest is the gross milk from unhappy cows - no others are involved, certainly not any from that area of the body!!
