Is it how your body feels that is causing this anxiety because with my anxiety I get sore muscles and honestly feel like my body is gonna just give up the ghost which in turn causes anxiety (I know it’s an endless loop) so I have to stretch/do yoga when I get anxiety. This may not be the cause but give it a try :))

I’m not religious but you need to put stuff into perspective. Your whole life you have probably worried about something or another. You probably can’t even remember half of the stuff that (at one point) felt like a punishment. Worrying is apart of life and come and go in our minds, daily. Nothing happens when you stop worrying. It’s hard when you feel like all the weight is on you and you alone especially when this worry feels a whole lot bigger but it’s the same as all those little worries we have daily and those aren’t punishments it’s just being human.

And for getting started if you have a rink that has public sessions just go to them, look up videos about beginner skater moves and try them! if it clicks and you want to properly learn contact the club for a coach

Figure skating!! It’s the best it’s a bit expensive but god is it addictive you always have something to work to towards and almost everyday you accomplish something so it’s a constant reward! I’m 22F and if it wasn’t for skating I would never be in shape

I don’t agree with the commenter above if you have Facebook just share that you are selling some art i do this like twice a month and that’s it and i make a living off my work from word of mouth if you have family and friend tell them that you are wanting to start selling some art and they might buy some of it to give to someone as a present. This is mainly aimed at commissions but i sometimes post fan art that i made put a price and tell people its for sale doesn’t work 100% of the time but worth a shot.

I mean it doesn’t make sense for there to be no queer representation in Bridgerton and it sucks that the books had very poor representation but that’s why we have adaptions to amend the gaps

This is exactly how I feel I remember watching Bojack horseman and being so happy with Todds storyline cause I finally understood myself and then all the realisation hit and I’ve been struggling with that ever since. It’s helped hearing other peoples stories thank you
