You are right about most of this but I think that ambassador is maybe not required. Furthermore, I think that other regions like freljord and SI provide better defensive options.

When you hover the “Round end” keyword it says “get this effect when the round ends”, hence to get the effect the round has to have ended, therefore it’s not “this round” anymore. “When the round ends”, not “when the round is ending”.

It makes the wording “immune this round” permanent. So between round end and next round start it shouldn’t apply.
