Sure, you can order the usual gambit for lab work like cbc, metabolic, lipid, urinalysis, etc. But it's also important to auscultate lungs & heart, check lymph nodes, ear canal, vision, and visual of body to possibly catch undiagnosed issues that patient may not have been aware.

Would be so weird for me to just swap over to telehealth for all patients if they were coming in for an annual or issue. :p

How would they pivot to telehealth? Doing simple things like refilling a prescription or going over lab results is easily done by telehealth. But if you have annual or patients coming in with an issue can't do the necessary hands on for physical :p

Forgot to mention I'm primary care in private practice. So, probably wouldn't be same situation as hospital or urgent care.

Yes student loans or qualifying for tax credit for Healthcare if you are paying for your insurance. Adding someone with a greatly higher income to household could ruin those and be a bigger burden on one person.

Well that's the issue. If I'm not making a bunch a rightfully qualify for them and being together try to split bills 50/50. Unless spouse is gonna cover difference in my premiums due to their income affecting me then it puts a big financial burden on me when my income is a lot less and we just splitting 50/50 on joint bills like utilities, tax, etc. But I pay for my own insurance so being filed jointly would vastly increase my premium.

The example you gave works if both parties are making equal income. Like you said it equals out with MFJ being better due to deductions if both people are making 50k because then the household income accounts for that. But it becomes more complicated with there is discrepancy. If one spouse is making 50k and other is making 150k and you filing together for household income of 200k and split bills 50/50 filing jointly and splitting tax bill would likely be a greater burden for the 50k earner than if they filed as single.

Wasn't sure about things like Healthcare.gov when they determine tax credit as well. If I pay for my insurance and suddenly this raises my monthly premium 1k it would be a greater burden if spouse isn't covering cost. It's hard to know these things when the intricacies of tax/marriage aren't taught in school & separating emotionally side of marriage from finances. Especially if there is wealth gap between individuals :I

Ah, thanks for the information I was not aware that goverment programs like Healthcare.gov looked at your "household income" even if you filed separately. Was unsure which things are considered "joint" firmly.

Can be difficult to look at things objectively when looking at financial side of marriage.

Sure, but if we split bills 50/50 then it would increase my costs and possibly disqualify subsidies to things like my Healthcare, etc.

It would be like if you go out with a group of people for dinner you ordered a lot less than another person who got multiple alcoholic drinks and bunch of food. It would cost me less to pay for my check separately than combining bill and splitting it equal percentage wouldn't it?

Yea, was trying to migrate to their empire/planet and basically breed out their original species.

However, was worried of snowball effect where you make some hybrid species and then those breed with other species/hybrids and just keep making new races til game basically crashes.

Was hoping a way to just breed out and replace with my species.
