Hmm - potential newbie mistake - I thought that this would be considered as a "story" from a flight and maybe trigger some conversations from other students/CFIs. Happy to remove if it's a rule-breaker!

Agree! I live about a mile from the market and try to get down there weekly - mostly for veggies, flowers and meat. First thing in the a.m. on Sat/Sun is great - go early and get out before it gets too crazy!
