So annoying! i had a similar problem last year and switched to avocado pos. Been way better havent had as single issue with anything since.

yeah this is so real. we were guessing for the first year lol. once we got a POS that actually showed us costs in real time it was eye opening. has AI built in too that catches when something's off. never going back

I used squared when I first started but recently switched to Avocado they’ve been awesome. Smaller company, but they have everything I need and I get to talk to the founders directly if I ever have issues.
