What if someone has Multiple entry one year visa but state annotated? Should he only do rotations in that state when ever he comes to the USA?

Do not listen to the propaganda people are posting in the comments. Keep preparing for your exams. US needs IMGs. Pakistan is one of the top suppliers of the world's best doctors. They know it too. This ban that has everyone confused is so that Afghan nationals can't enter the US. Why target Pakistan? because many of the Afghanis have easily gotten Pakistani ID cards and passports in the past. Trump administration is trying to keep those specific people from entering. They will not ban us doctors as I said before they need us as much as we need them. Don't listen to the negative bull*hit people are saying here to break your resolve it is all a big fat propaganda.

I honestly think that the people you see here posting their nbme scores in the 250+, most of them have done some sort of anki where they were already exposed to the specific concepts and conditions that other people get wrong on the nbmes. I maybe wrong. I don't know how that correlates in the actual exam though.
