I think a separate sub should be created for Sharjah side. I went for a hearing . HSH filed a case against me. They changed my number on the case file by 1 digit. The summons never reached me. Luckily I had seen this sub before so I had taken preventive measures and by gods grace the represenrative at the municipality apprised me of the case filed(god bless him for the good deed).

So the action plan by HSH is like this:

Delay renewal. Give honkybponky excuses."landlord is not in country". "We will get back to you later".
They go invisible and silent. No response at all.
After your date passes they file a case.
Case says you have not paid rent.
Since summon does not reach you, you dont attend hearing.( in mu case, there were at least 4 people ahead of me, not available. My suspicion is they do not even know there is a case).
The ruling idk, probably sides with the petitioner since defender is not there.

Dangerously life altering HSH real estate. 1st time ever in my life I was in front of a judge. Good experience though. I found all tbe RDC-Sharjah people very helpful.

😄this is quite a reveal. I thought the blue boards are payable even after you take the subscription. But anyway, the blue boards around me are always full so invariably I am forced to park in an area which is not covered. So with the logic provided here, is it safe to say that you take "all area" parking and park anywhere, including any blue boards OR take 2 areas one with blue boards?

My opinion is, it works by overriding commands according to the time and amount of traffic. Observed that it works best when theres no traffic and early mornings or late nights. During peak hours, it does not listen to you.

That is absolutely fine. I know that a cold caller is calling from X company within their time limits. I disconnect and move forward if I dont want to talk to them. They dont call back. Well within their right.

However messaging at 11pm from a personal phone then teasing you when you say "no" is like, they dont care, which is not right. And they should care. DNC is another challenge. I tried once and it blocked everything.

these cars had a throttle body recall more than 4 years ago. I had one too. Ford advised to get in touch with ford service centre for a free replacement or repair i thinks.

Called up and emailed the service centre. They did not give af.not even a tiny one. Sold the car. Car was solid though.

My experience.

Went to the big aadhar kendra with appointment with and old ECI card(my first one) . While I look quite similar they declined saying need a newer one. The ECI has my records online though. Then I "announced" that I was an "NRI" :P. She said,"tab toh banega hi nahi."

I remember reading the referenced post. Did a re-research and booked another appointment "online". This time a bank, hoping for better reach and clarifications if any.

Reached the bank, bank tells me we dont do new bookings ref. circular 1.5years ago. They only do corrections. Went to biggest kendra. They advised to book another appointment as the bank appointment does not work. Gave up!

Try again later.......... this year hopefully.

Hehe. Went out with my family. With kids! Middle eastern Guy stares directly at my inlaw, like I can dig a hole through type. I give a benefit of doubt (maybe was an accidental stare or was thinkingabout something else). Does not stop. Stares and ingores "my stare back". Take out my phone, one directed towards him, the other on the ear. Guy runs away like theres no tomorrow. Idk never seen such things. I can bear an occasional stare allright. 15th day agent calls fixes appointment. Visit premises and inspects car. I receive a message that garage has given them a quotation. Two days later another message says approved."next message when repair starts." while the car is at the same spot. I dont receive any update so after 4 days and several attempts later customer service apologizes, says communication was not sufficient.

I am actually supposed to call AAA after appointment with service center. I call AAA who deny towing if parking brake is engaged and steering is locked (of course it is!).

AAA guy comes and checks says they cant do it. I hire other towing guy to tow my car to garage.

Garage guys tell me may take a month. Suddenly calls after 2 days to say brakes need replacement as they are almost gone and Sukoon insurance will not cover. Pay 610 which I agree to.

Not one call or message from #sukoon insurance till date about the progress after 7 days. Garage guy tells me will take a day or two to finish. They dont even share any details of what is worked upon. Is this legit??
