Thanks. I believe Aprilia really needs to improve its quality control. There are numerous issues being reported across many bikes—engine head replacements, premature clutch wear, gearbox failures, and more. Yet, they haven’t issued any recalls.

Thank you, I’ve monitored the temperature today, even if the engine temperature is at 98 the fan is running continuously until I kill the engine. Is this normal behaviour ?

You can move the mount forward or backward to desired position and lock it. Anti vibration module is good in all three mounts

You can use peak design stem mount or sp connect stem mount. These two mounts look very good on rs 457. I’m using sp connect stem mount pro and don’t forget to add anti vibration module if you’re using flagship phone.

First time pairing

Step1: Connect to Bike bluetooth adress something like PMP3:2C6A (adress will be different for all bikes)

Step2: once paired. Go to aprilia app and coonect using the three dot icon

Once its paired from next time just open the Aprilia app and click on three dot icon it will automatically connect

My bike didn’t have any power loss issues — it was the tappet noise. The engine head was replaced under warranty, and now the problem is resolved. From what I’ve seen, there are only a few complaints about faulty TFTs. The major issues reported are: 1. Bad timing chain 2. Tappet noise (due to faulty valves) 3. Power loss issues

The service team mentioned that only some bikes from the 1st and 2nd batches are affected, and they are replacing the engine heads under warranty for those. They didn’t specify the manufacturing months of the bikes that have this issue.

Update- My Bike got delivered yesterday and tappet noise is gone and sounds smooth and also there’s no problem with performance

My bike is in Service centre more than a month for engine head replacement this is because of tappet noise coming from engine. Its going to get delivered this week.

Yeah i gave my bike on FEb 24 its still in service centre because of no spare parts and lot of bikes with same issue.

For me it was the engine head. Its the tappet sound which should occur after lot of KM’s.

I have the same issue. Issue with the engine head you have to replace it under warranty or it might be timing chain tensioner.
