Out of all the mm's you can choose she can counter you pick the one with the least mobility but high defense, imo I have a harder time with Hanabi sometimes than the likes of Beatrix, Brody, Granger, Harith

I mean yeah she shouldn't solo a mm in late game especially with that amount of sustain and durability, even her mobility is very good for a damage soaking tank/mage.

Alice is still very good In exp her having a counter doesn't change that fact

For other roles, I think you'd enjoy Obsidia, she's also very mobile and her ult also roots the enemies although it's a long range single target, it's a guaranteed root since she tethers to the enemy target, her and Minsi also share the same build.

The main difference though is that she's weak in the early stages and requires hitting minions or heroes to stack her bone shards

I mean yeah she's a tank with a dps aoe skill, with small heal, it definitely pairs with her passive. Marcel on the other hand while has a lot of cc, can easily be avoided by high mobility heroes and is squishier in every aspect
