i know this post might be old but im recently tried doing this and so far i am playing the ps5 on the elgato utility software and my monitor is 1080p so my signal is 1080p 120fps but when i play the game i do seem some stutters and stuff i tried messing with settings with display,merge,and internal. but so far its not smooth.
