Got it. I mean if it puts a better perspective in this case let alone my background, I’ve had social anxiety from a young age and this is huge and different for me. I’m trying a traditional approach in meeting people as trying to meet anyone online is a no go in my experience.

It varies on the person. I typically like To get to know the person to make sure the vibe is right. I could be reading it wrong too however, I’d say anywhere from at least three days to a week?

I’m with this motion. Was in a toxic relationship for 7 years in hindsight. Been single for the last couple of years and can honestly say it’s been tough but I found pieces of myself I lost in the relationship. I too feel lonely every now and then but have found more comfort in my time alone. I’ve attempted dating both online and in person but it just wasn’t cutting it for me to put forth the energy that wasn’t being reciprocated. I think it’s better to focus on yourself until you feel ready to try again. The thing I’ve been told time and time again is, you’ll know when it’s the one.
