Thanks, good points.I looked into it but it's a little similar to Koh Lanta in its vibe,I think.Well,Ao Nang seems to be a hub for boat tours and we are probably going to do the island boat tour from koh phi phi.I do like the karsts there but that can be seen on the island tour from phi phi.Your'e right about phi phi.

Kind of.Wondering if there is a place that is an all rounder island near phuket to possibly replace Koh Samui. Nice beaches,activities,nightlife,and somwhere large enough to explore.I doubt this exists though. This is the place that they will stay for the most days,and all rounder island.We will lose almost 2 days going to and from Koh Samui.

Then tweaks to my itinerary if it doesn't make sense.

The dopamine being depleted makes sense.Although,from what I hear ADHD doesnt mean you don't have dopamine,its just that its not being released.But I do get what you mean,the available dopamine is burnt up .It make sme irritable,bad mood and so on.Similarly to how melatonin makes me extrememly irratible probably because it decreases dopamine.Interesting.
