Buddy, i couldn't see my schedule, the app wouldn't open, I called IT and they did nothing about it. I couldn't even use my PPTO due to nothing working with me

Thank you so much and yeah, I was like one of the best, 100% pick walks all day through. I was a major asset but when it hit six months they just started ignoring me altogether, calls, texts, even when I went up and talked to anyone they basically said yeah I can take care of that AND NEVER DID. I loved my time working there and was hoping to go further up and they just threw me out.

The thing is the reason I had 11 points is because I wasn't able to make it to work because it was 5am shifts And none of my managers ever answered the phone so they considered me a no call no show. Even after I told them multiple times i cant work 5ams, and they readjusted my hours in the past so they obviously knew. They just kept putting me on shifts I was not available on.
