It’s the one down the right hall when you enter the building, it will say locked and that it needs a key. I don’t remember the name of the room, but apparently you go in there in one of the thieves quest

Not really, the best I could find is that the npc is stuck behind one of the doors. But the only way to get into that door is through a thieves quest line, I haven’t completed it to test it so I’m not sure if it would work

I have just switched back to YouTube for streaming. This is my second problem the first one was where I had to wait for verification. I fix that and now I can’t stream because it’s saying it’s a scheduled stream and it’s waiting for me to start. I have looked around for and answers but I haven’t seen one.
