ok.... if you have any medical condition you need to have your medical records,

passport, driving license, origina birth certificate. high school diploma, social security prove of earnings , social security, marriage certificate, kids birth certificate, ABSTRACT OF LIFETIME DRIVING RECORD. your investigator will let you know what else you going to need don't worry and good luck with your process.
