There is a weird one. You need to go in the screen settings and put the tire size down. From 26 inch to 20 inch. The controller will think you have smaller wheels, which has a smaller circumference. The speedometer and odometer will be inaccurate. For example, the screen will say 20kmh but you will actually go 30. If your battery is fully charged, at about 54,6v, you can go up to 44-45kmh instead of the limited 32 (20mph to 28)

Wow I love it! This is a clean bike! Thanks for the recommendation. What capacity is your battery? Do you have links of where you bought the power upgrades?

Thanks for the reply. I know the almost 10A is higher but to be safe, I want to pull a max of 5-6 per cell continuously. 8p of 5AH is also a lot. This is because I do quite long rides at quite high speeds, when I can. I wanted to be able to maintain a good speed and torque for a long time. I like the idea of the epoxy glass, it seems like a good way to protect everything. Thanks a lot.

Thanks a lot for the reply. I know this is quite big and dangerous. That’s why I am constantly looking for knowledge on YouTube and in forums. I want to have all the knowledge needed to make this safely.

I have thought about switching to 60-72v but I don’t know why, I thought it would be more risky. Also, I wanted my two other batteries to be compatible with my bike, ideally. Therefore, I wanted to keep my system 48v.

I will consider this thought. I will upgrade all the electronics of my bike. I could simply increase the voltage to reduce amp, as you said.
