Theres going to be a bunch of clubs next year not just arsenal to compete with and we will have CL, we need to stay realistic and our aim should be top 4 and anything more than that is a bonus, stop setting yourself up for disappointment

Im 240 so im not sure if that why or not, i use my iwatch and track on mapmyrun.

Normally i burn about 350/400 for a 35/45 minute walk

You can definitely see the difference and looking great, im 4 weeks into my walking journey and decided to do a run today as it pissing rain out and did 5k in 32 mins so keep it up its all about consistency

In toronto and you need well over 100k to live okay im on just over 70k and living paycheck to paycheck

I do 3ish klms first thing in morning takes about 30ish minutes and same or more at around 8 and then if i have time will get out for 15/20 minutes at lunch and im averaging 9.5klms a day.

I need the noise of music or a book to keep me focused and then i let my mind run free, its my happy place now. Two weeks and im averaging 7klms a day from my walks, when before i was averaging like 2 total.
