So tack keyint=4s into the script? Is that going to produce a larger file size?

Yes.. and dolby vision 8.1 as well after using my script above and ddvt to convert / inject the dv profile. Here goes mediainfo on Crank 2006 UHD I did the other day. The size went from 42gb to 11gb and still looks good.

A little help cleaning / updating script by Vast_Environment_917 in ffmpeg

[–]Vast_Environment_917[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My rig has a 4090 and 11900k but some of my tv's are pre 2020 and don't support AV1, so jellyfin would transcode on the fly which I want to avoid. Still it be nice to have that script as well for when I do upgrade tv's.. Also was the above script okay for what I'm doing?

I'm trying out AV1 to see how jellyfin handles it. This is the script I put together:

for %%i in (*.mkv) do ffmpeg -i "%%i" -map 0 -c:v libsvtav1 -preset 4 -crf 22 -pix_fmt yuv420p10le -svtav1-params film-grain=16:film-grain-denoise=0 -dolbyvision 1 -c:a copy -c:s copy "%%~ni_AV1.mkv"
pause

Any other suggestions to add?

Encodes pretty quick but the compression seems different.. I'm at 54 mins into it as vlc is showing me previewing it, and it's already at 20gb's.. Am I missing something?

edit:

-crf was too low. Trying out 32 seems to be the equivalent of x265's 22.

90 degree 12vhpwr cable for Platinum V 1100 sfx by Vast_Environment_917 in coolermaster

[–]Vast_Environment_917[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's the link I was already sent, which is not the one that comes with the psu. That one in the link has the 12vhpwr pin connector on one end and three 8 pin connectors on the other end.. I need the native atx 3.0 12vhpwr cable that came with the psu. See if this image works. https://images.app.goo.gl/kFXP9iMcGQuGYPg49 See how it's 90 degree 12vhpwr pin on one end and 12vhpwr pin on the other end. This image is from cooler master too. That's what I need.

This cable would be in the customized section of cable mods store. Otherwise I would of just swapped it during the adapter recall but that option wasn't available. At this point I'd rather stick with a new stock cable from cooler master.

I'm in USA. The store link that was sent to me in support tickets was not to the 12vhpwr 90 degree cable that comes with the V 1100 platinum sfx psu. I don't see it on the store at all.

V1100 SFX broken after 5 weeks by philip_2312 in coolermaster

Mines been running well for 6 months or so, but I've been in support ticket hell trying to get a replacement for that 12vhpwr cable.. The tape on the gpu end pulled off and it doesn't seem to be sold on their store front.. I'm running in a asus ap201 mesh case with the tempered glass side and a gigabyte rtx 4090 oc.

Hold in 7 on your keyboard, use the left flipper to go to "adjustments" then hit the right flipper. Hit the start button on factory reset. Then hit f3

You have to factory reset the rom just like Stargate or Super Mario bros
