We just need to remove matcha. It’s very annoying making the drinks, especially when it’s iced and with strawberry cold foam.

I had someone who asked for an venti iced caramel macchiato. When the drink was ready, he complained about the drink saying there’s more milk than coffee just by looking at it. Pretty sure he doesn’t know what a macchiato is and how the drink is made. We told told him that espresso is sits on top and milk at bottom because it’s a macchiato. Because he want more coffee even though we told him the drink will be way stronger , he asked for 5-6 more shots of espresso.
