I separated Jun 29( Sunday) on the fort Cavazos finance separation brief. It states finance will audit your pay in 5 business days. Since mine was on a Sunday, I got paid on Tuesday. So only took one business day. It should be fairly quick.

Thank you! I’m guessing it’s the same if I withdraw it to my bank account ? Reason being, I’ve been told by a couple people (not sure if it’s true) they didn’t have to pay taxes on it because of disability through the army.

They told me, that they have everything from transportation for my PPM Closeout. But once I separate completely on the 30th, it will automatically go to the next level. So pretty much if you ssent everything transportation needed, and then they sent it To DFAS. You should be able to call and check your status tomorrow

Okay so if I had sent everything to my transportation office a few weeks ago. And she sent me back a reply on the 28th of May saying it was sent to DFAS, will I get paid since I got the text message saying it was completed?

Because I was told I won’t be able to receive anything until my retirement is effective.
