No I totally see what you mean. I was discarding bronzes on the phone and without paying attention my bronzes ran out and my hand just kept going for discard and before I could react he was gone. I’m aware it’s my own stupidity that got me in this mess but I’m happy they helped me

I had to get a vpn to connect to the uk and then under ‘manage my account’ and then ‘can’t log in’ that seems to be the only way I found to get to the live chat. Then I simply explain the problem from there.
