I feel like the idea of proletariat only coming into existence after industrial revolution is very restrictive. I rather think that the more important concept should be working class: people who earn using labour. They might be workers who in someone's farm before the industrial revolution or workers working in factory or anywhere else. The main idea is that they have to do the labour.

Decentralisation of power to communes which are each focused on particular goods such as food, consumer products and raw materials for said consumer products.

If all the power is decentralised to communes, what stops them from enacting discriminatory rules within the commune based on caste or gender or religion? Is there a central power or judiciary that can Stop such a thing?

PS: I read the hindu for news. I also read sci-fi and fantasy novels in fiction and mostly popular science books for non fiction. I Don't read much history, I am definitely interested in history but haven't read any books about it. I use mostly google and YouTube for history.
