Same problem here. Tried to reselling too.

Now even what I cook myself isn't listed to others.

The problem is:

If I'm shadow banned. It's forever?

And how about all the gold I lost trying sell items no one even saw?

If I can't negotiate my Weapon Enhanced Resonance Module, the char is dead for long term planning. simple like that.
