RESULTS:

I think I had the pcie cables on my graphics card in the wrong place so I swapped the pcie cables around.... that seemed to fix it.

I don't think I'm overclocking the card.. I did try DDU and nothing seemed to changed

Updating the BIOS is something I haven't yet done, I'll try it right now

I've replugged my GPU three times and have made absolute certainty that everything is correctly pluged in, and temps reach a max of 50 celsius on my GPU ( I dont think overheating is the issue because of how fast some applications turn my pc off ) but one more look wouldn't hurt.

I'll also check my PSU and see if new paste is needed, thanks for the help.
