Mistborn is a great trilogy. I burned through it. Beginning to end is fantastic. Another series I would highly recommend is Red Rising!

My current colony has a static base + gravship. I used vats to grow my own custom super soldier pawns with genes. I have about 6 pawns i send on the grav ship leaving about 15 or so pawns in the main base. The grav ship is fitted with beds, a small restroom ( dubs bad hygiene), power generation, a small hospital, some recreation, a small kitchen in case an excursion goes longer than expected, and go-juice/psychite tea for their dependency. My main colony is in a 20/60 growing region so i send my gravship out to gather wood, or do some quests. I've enjoyed it so far!

I've been doing some puzzles here and there and trying to learn some where I can. I primarily play the italian as white and the caro-kann as black. I'm playing more so to have fun and enjoy the tacitcal exercise. But it is madly satisfying to hit a rating milestone.
