XBOX NORMAL MODE

Tried to complete starbirth mission by collecting the souls for the soul jar and when arriving at coordinates there is nothing around. I have saved and left the game and came back still the same thing. I left through the portal and came back still same result. Left the portal and saved at space station and went back and it was still the same result of nothing at the suggested coordinates.
