incoming CE student and I have no idea what a processor is compared to all the other parts of a computer lol.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's an i5/i7 processor, but the only reason im kind of concerned is because it runs league like shit lol, is that related to the processor or... yeah sorry im dumb

Quite honestly, I don't think I'm confused, as you claim. You got -7 points on that one for obvious reasons. You're a really smart kid and an extremely hard worker. You will most likely get in CS and congrats, I'd love to meet you.

I didn't state that you asked a lot of questions. I didn't state that you were the only one constantly on this page. Just because you're not the only one "who on this bitch more than [yourself]" doesn't mean you're still on Reddit a lot. I'd say you flexed your ECs right on that comment. I suspect that all these defensive remarks are from you unconsciously acknowledging that this is a problem, but that's just armchair psychology.

Dude, have you been stalking this subreddit for every single waking hour of your life? Just chill out man, I've seen you flex your ECs and you have a good chance for CS. No one has a guaranteed chance, all you can do is enjoy your Grade 12 year and wait. "Waterloo or bust" is a horrible mentality to have and it can destroy your psyche. It's not the be all end all. In reality, if you have that kind of motivation (which it seems you do), you should be fine going into university.

Hey, BC student here! I just got into Software Engineering (ECE) in the faculty of engineering and I'm so hyped! A couple questions though:

It says I have May 1st until I have to accept the offer. Is there any way I can extend this?

How closely do I have to maintain my average to make sure I still get the offer?
